On May 15, 2018 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the postage stamp “XXV International ICT Forum TIBO”.
 
Design: Yauheniya Biadonik and Dzmitry Beliakovich. Print process: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforations: comb 13: 123/4. Stamp size: 52x29,6 mm. Sheet composition: 6 (2x3) stamps. Sheet size: 124x107 mm. Print quantity: 60.000 stamps.
 
Printer: Republican Unitary Enterprise “Belarusian Printing House Publishing Co.”.
 
Face value H is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.

The TIBO Forum is the largest annual international event in the field of ICT, organized with the support of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus.
 
In 2018, the Forum is held for the 25th time. Over the years, it has become a successful platform for cooperation and gained prestige among Belarusian companies as well as the world's leading corporations.

The stamp was printed with a QR-code linked to the web page https://tibo.by/ru/. The information is recognized by the camera on a mobile phone.

The project was prepared in cooperation with Technics and Communications CJSC.
