| On April 29, 2013 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue 2 stamps “The postman van” bearing the EUROPA logo. Designer: Ivan Lukin. Printing: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 14: 141/4. Size of the stamps: 40x28 mm. Sheet composition: 10 (2x5) stamps. Size of the sheets: 107x162 mm. Print quantity: 70.000 stamps each. The stamps were printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”. Belarus Post regularly delivers mail (parcels, registered packets, letters, periodicals, remittances etc.) mainly by vehicles. In Belarus there is 1 international, 19 inter-regional, 65 inter-district, 504 inner-district and 247 town automobile postal routes. Daily length of these routes is 123 000 km. |

Letter “H” is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. Letter “P” is equal to the air-mail tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. |
