Endangered plants of Belarus”. Designer: Alexander Mityanin. Printing: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 14: 141/4. Size of the stamps: 40x28 mm. Sheet composition: 16 (4x4) stamps. Size of the sheet: 180x145 mm. The technique of relief stamping is used on the stamps. Print quantity: 80.000 stamps each. |

Floating fern is an annual free-floating water fern devoid of roots. Letter “P” is equal to the air-mail tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. |
