On November 4, 2019 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the souvenir sheet “RCC subjects. Museums”.
 
The series continuation. Beginning Nos. 889, 920, 921, 980, 1040, 1050, 1103, 1183, 1184, 1246 and 1247. Design: Yelena Medved. Print process: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforations: frame 12. Stamp size: 28x40 mm. Souvenir sheet size: 81x55 mm. The technology of thermal stamping with matte foil of silver colour was applied on the souvenir sheet. Print quantity: 15.000 souvenir sheets.
 
Printer: Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T.  Nepogodin”.
 
The souvenir sheet continues a series of issues on the subjects of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications (RCC), the distinctive feature of which is the reproduction of the RCC emblem in their design and on philatelic products.
 
The National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus was founded in 1939. Today it is the country's largest repository of domestic and foreign values, as well as a scientific and methodological centre. It comprises more than 30 thousand exhibits which make up collections of ancient Belarusian, Russian, Western European art, as well as of oriental works of art.
 
The project was prepared in cooperation with the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus.
