On October 30, 2019 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue 3 postage stamps: “Jolly Kalyady!”, “Merry Christmas!” and “Happy New Year!”. Artist: Victor Chaichuk. Design: Yauheniya Biadonik. Print process: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforations: comb 12. Stamps size: 28x35 mm. Sheets composition: 6 (3x2) stamps. Sheets size: 110x100 mm. The technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of silver colour was used on the stamps and stamps margins. Print quantity: 60.000 stamps each. Printer: Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”. Letter “A” is equal to the tariff of a letter up to 20 gram within Belarus. Letter “M” is equal to the air-mail tariff of a postcard abroad. Letter “H” is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. |
