On January 18, 2019 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the souvenir sheet “Modern rescuers”. Design: Tatyana Kuznetsova. Print process: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforations: round 133/4. Stamp size: diameter 40 mm. Souvenir sheet size: 64,5x64,5 mm. While printing the souvenir sheet they used the technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of dead golden colour. Print quantity: 20.000 souvenir sheets. Printer: Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”. Letter “P” is equal to the air-mail tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. A full-fledged rescue service has been created in the Republic of Belarus. It is ready to respond to any emergencies. Fire, traffic accidents, water operations, in the forest, in the sky — rescuers are able to solve the most complex tasks. They have repeatedly demonstrated their professionalism in the elimination of major industrial accidents and in the fight against natural disasters. Modern Belarusian rescuers help not only to their compatriots but they can go almost anywhere in the world if necessary. The motto of people who save lives every day is “Professionalism. Courage. Honour". A rescuer is not only a profession; it is a vocation and a way of life. The souvenir sheet is based on the emblem of the Central Office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus. On FDC is the emblem of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, in cooperation with which the project was prepared. |
