On December 5, 2018 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the stamp “100 years of Financial System of Belarus”.
 
Design: Tatyana Kuznetsova. Print process: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforations: comb 13. Stamp size: 40,3x40,3 mm. Sheet composition: 6 (2x3) stamps & 1 coupon. Sheet size: 142x137 mm. Print quantity: 60.000 stamps.

Printer: Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T.  Nepogodin”.
 
Face value “H” is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.

On January 7, 2019 the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus celebrates its 100th anniversary. It was on this day back in 1919 that the Commissariat of Finance was established and in February transformed into the People's Commissariat of Finance.
 
Having passed a long, difficult path of formation and development, the main financial department of our republic today harmoniously performs tasks of providing the country's budget with financial resources and rational use of the state funds.
 
The stamp and special postmark are based on the emblem of the financial bodies of the Republic of Belarus.
 
The project was prepared in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of he Republic of Belarus.

Colour of the postmark — black.

A special cancellationon FDC will be carried out at the post office No.1 of Minsk (shop “Philately”, 16 Moskovskaya street) on the stamp issuing day.
