Joint issue of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan. 25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations

On November 23, 2018 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the postage stamp “25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
 
Design: Tatyana Kuznetsova. Print process: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforations: comb 12. Stamp size: 40x28 mm. Sheet composition: 6 (3x2) stamps & 1 coupon. Sheet size: 137x121 mm. The technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of red colour is used on the stamp and coupon. Print quantity: 48.000 stamps.

Printer: Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T.  Nepogodin”.
 
Face value “H” is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan were established on January 21, 1993.
 
The priority of cooperation is sustainable development of the states, ensuring security and stability, as well as mutual support in the international arena.
 
Intensive dialogue takes place in the cultural and humanitarian spheres. Actions are being taken to popularize Uzbek culture in the Republic of Belarus and Belarusian culture in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Cooperation is developing between national diasporas and mass media.
 
The project was prepared in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Special postmark and FDC designed by T.Kuznetsova.
A special cancellation on FDC will be carried out at the post office No.1 of Minsk (shop “Philately”, 16 Moskovskaya street) on the stamp issuing day.
