On November 19, 2017 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the postage stamp “25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Moldova”. Design: Tatyana Kuznetsova. Artist of the coupon: Tatyana Dolskaya. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 12. Size of the stamp: 40x28 mm. Sheet composition: 8 (4x2) stamps & 1 coupon. Size of the sheet: 172x107 mm. While printing the stamp and coupon they used the technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of red colour. Print quantity: 56.000 stamps. The stamps were printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”. Face value “H” is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. |

The diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Moldova were established on November 19, 1992. In 1992 a Treaty was signed on friendly relations and cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Moldova. It laid the political foundation which activated all other areas of cooperation. Currently the legal basis for bilateral cooperation includes about 70 documents. A substantive political dialogue at the highest level is held between the countries. The project was prepared in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. |
