On April 20, 2017 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue 2 stamps “Castles” bearing the EUROPA logo.

Artist: Tatyana Dolskaya. Design: Yelena Medved. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 12. Size of the stamps: 40x28 mm. Sheets composition: 8 (2x4) stamps. Size of the sheets: 104x138 mm. Print quantity: 80.000 stamps each.
The stamps were printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”.
Letter “H” is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.
Letter “P” is equal to the air-mail tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.
The Palace of the Rumyantsevs and the Paskeviches is an architectural monument of the 18th-19th centuries. It is the main attraction of the city of Gomel, a compositional centre of the Gomel Palace and Park Ensemble, which includes, in addition to the Palace, the Peter and Paul Cathedral, the chapel of the princes Paskevich, an ancient park, an administrative building, a winter garden and a lookout tower.
The Palace Complex of the Sapiehas is an architectural monument of the 17th-18th centuries, the ruins of the former residence of the magnate Sapiehas' family in the town of Ruzhany, Brest region. Two wings and an entrance gate have been restored. The ruins of the Ruzhany Palace are also impressive. Visitors are given tours of the museum, the Palace Complex and Ruzhany.
