25th Anniversary of Establishing Diplomatic Relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Poland

On March 15, 2017 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the postage stamp “25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Poland”.
 
Design: Tatyana Kuznetsova. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 12. Size of the stamp: 40x28 mm. Sheet composition: 6 (3x2) stamps & 1 coupon. Size of the sheet: 137x114 mm. While printing the stamp and coupon they used the technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of red colour. Print quantity: 60.000 stamps.
 
The stamps were printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T.  Nepogodin”.
 
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Poland were established on March 2, 1992. Currently they are developing in the political, economic, cultural and scientific spheres, as well as in the sphere of regional and cross-border cooperation.
 
To deepen and expand mutual relations the Polish and Belarusian sides are actively participating in bilateral political meetings and economic forums, cultural international festivals and scientific conferences. There is ongoing joint work on the protection of historical and cultural heritage. Different cities and regions of both countries sign agreements on cooperation.
 
Face value H is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.
