| On October 27, 2016 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the stamps “Happy New Year!” and “Merry Christmas!”. Design: Tatyana Kuznetsova. Printing: offset. Colour: multicoloured with additional paints like gold and silver. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 123/4. Size of the stamps: 40,3x40,3 mm. Sheets composition: 4 (2x2) stamps. Size of the sheets: 102x102 mm. While printing the stamps they used the technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of silver colour. Print quantity: 40.000 stamps each. The stamps were printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”. Face value A is equal to the tariff of a letter up to 20 gram within Belarus. Face value H is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. |
