The stamps were printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”. Face value A is equal to the tariff of a letter up to 20 gram within Belarus. Face value H is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. |

It organizes collaboration and cooperation of Attorney's offices of the CIS member states in the sphere of the rule of law, human and civil rights and freedoms and the fight against crime. The 26th meeting of Attorneys General of the CIS member states is held in the Republic of Belarus, which attaches great importance to the unity of the peoples of the former Soviet Union in solving the problems of ensuring a peaceful and dignified life of citizens. The special postmark is based on the emblem of the Coordination Council of Attorneys General of the CIS member states. The same emblem is on FDC and stamp No. 1149. On stamp No. 1148 there is the emblem of the Attorney General's office of the Republic of Belarus. |
