| On March 30, 2010 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue 2 stamps “Children’s books” bearing the EUROPA logo. Designer: Anna Romanovskaya. Printing: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 131/2: 133/4. Size of the stamps: 37x26 mm. Sheet composition: 8 (2x4) stamps. Size of the sheet: 93x123 mm. Print quantity: 80.000 stamps each. There are elements of protection on the stamps. |

| A special cancellation on FDC will be carried out at the Main Post Office in Minsk on the stamps issuing day. |
