Designer: Liliya Gordeeva & Ivan Lukin. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced. Perforation: No. 716 — comb13¾: 13½, No. 717 — comb13½: 13¾. Size of the stamp: No. 716 — 26x37 mm, No. 717 — 37x26 mm. The stamps were issued in sheetlets. Sheetlet composition: No. 716 — 8 (4x2) stamps, No. 717 — 8 (2x4) stamps. Size of the sheetlet: No. 716 — 124x94 mm, No. 717 — 94x124 mm. Print quantity: 42.000 stamps each. There are elements of protection on the stamps. |
