| On May 4, 2007 Belarus Post will issue 2 stamps “100 Years of Scouting” bearing the EUROPA logo. Designers: stamp No. 684 — Artiom Rybchinski, stamp No. 685 — Svetlana Lumyanskaya. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour (5 colour). Paper: chalksurfaced. Perforation: comb 14¼: 14. Size of the stamps: 28х30 mm. Sheet composition: 8 (4x2) stamps. Print quantity: 70.000 each. There are elements of protection on the stamps. |

There is a sheetlet of 7 stamps and 1 coupon inside. On the cover inside there is a print postmark “First day”. Designer: S. Lumynskaya. The booklets are double sided. Folded size: 136x86 mm. Print quantity: 10.000. |
