| On October 14, 2003 Belarus Post will issue 3 stamps depicting the races of dogs. Designer: Alexander Mitianin. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk surfaced. Perforation: comb 13¾: 13½. Size of the stamps: 26x37 mm. Sheet composition: 20 (4x5) stamps. Print quantity: 150.000 copies each. Also a sheetlet will be issued. There are 6 stamps and 2 coupons (3x2 — 2 stamps each + 2 coupons) in the sheetlet. Print quantity: 30.000 sheetlets. There are elements of protection on the stamps. |
