| On April 24, 2002 Belarus Post will issue 2 stamps “Poster Art” bearing the EUROPA logo. Designers: Vladimir Tsesler & Sergei Voychenko. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk surfaced. Printing: offset. Perforation: comb no. 504 — 13½: 13¾, no. 505 — 13¾: 13½. Size: no. 504 — 37x26 mm, no. 505 — 26x37 mm. Sheet composition: no. 504 — 20 (5x4) stamps, no. 505 — 20 (4x5) stamps in a sheet. Print quantity: 120 000 each. There are elements of protection on the stamps. |

| Two artistically decorated booklets have been designed too. There is a sheetlet of 8 stamps inside of each booklet. On the cover inside there is a print postmark “First day”. Designers: V. Tsesler & S. Voychenko. The booklet is double sided. Folded size: 165x56 mm. Print quantity: 6000 copies each. |
