M Bags

Periodicals (newspapers, magazines), books and other printed papers as well as data media (disks, audio tapes and cassettes; commercial samples sent by manufacturers or distributors, or other non-dutiable commercial merchandise and information materials which can’t be resold), attached to the accompanying printed papers and sent to the address of the same receiver and destination are sent in special bags called M bags.

Any M bag shall have an address label of squared shape submitted by the sender with all data concerning the receiver. The address label shall be made of the firm enough material, firm cardboard, plastic material, parchment or paper gummed on board and have a hole. Its size shall be at least 90 x 140 mm to an accuracy of 2 mm.
