On December 3, 2019 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue 2 stamps “Folk tales” of the series “Joint issue of Belarus and Azerbaijan”.
 
A series continuation. Beginning Nos. 874, 875, 953, 954, 961, 1095, 1096, 1118, 1119 and 1285. Artists: stamp No.1329 — Orkhan Garayev; stamp No.1330 — Victor Chaichuk. Design: Yauheniya Biadonik. Print process: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforations: comb 12. Stamps size: 40x56 mm. Sheets composition: 4 (2x2) stamps. Sheets size: 117x139 mm. The technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of golden colour was used on the stamps and stamps margins. Print quantity: 40.000 stamps each.
 
Printer: Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T.  Nepogodin”.
 
Letter “N” is equal to the surface tariff of a postcard abroad.
Letter “P” is equal to the air-mail tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.

A sheetlet is also issued. Sheetlet composition: 4 (2 sets) stamps. Sheetlet size: 117x139 mm. Print quantity: 15.000 sheetlets.
The technology of augmented reality is applied to stamp No.1330: when you direct a Smartphone camera at the stamp, while the AR MARKA BELARUS application is running, the image comes to life and a specially created script appears.
Colour of the postmark — black.

Special postmarks and FDC painted by V.Chaichuk,
designed by Ya.Biadonik.
A special cancellation on FDC will be carried out at the post office No.1 of Minsk (shop “Philately”, 16 Moskovskaya street) and in Baku (Azerbaijan) on the stamp issuing day.
