The history of Justice Authorities of Belarus began in February 1919, when the Central Executive Committee of the BSSR formed the Council of People's Commissars. In those years the Commissariat of Justicewas entrusted with the task of ensuring revolutionary legality and the organization of a new democratic judicial system.

Over its century-long history, the Justice Authorities of Belarus have undergone many transformations and reorganizations, but at the same time they continued to improve the legal system and state policy in the field of justice.

Currently, the Justice Authorities of independent Belarus carry out important civil law functions, the fulfillment of which determines the development of the economy, social, legal and other spheres of the country's activities. They protect the rights and legitimate interests of the state, society and every citizen. In their activities they rely on the principles of justice and ensure the triumph of the law.

The stamp is based on the emblem of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, in cooperation with which the project was prepared.
