On November 19, 2018 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the postage stamp “25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Azerbaijan”. Design: Tatyana Kuznetsova.Artist of coupon: Tatyana Dolskaya. Print process: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforations: comb 12. Stamp size: 40x28 mm. Sheet composition: 6 (2x3) stamps & 1 coupon. Sheet size: 129x112 mm. The technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of blue colour was used on the stamp and coupon. Print quantity: 48.000 stamps. Printer: Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”. Face value “H” is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. |

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Azerbaijan were established on June 11, 1993. One of the most important achievements is the raising of bilateral relations to the level of strategic partnership. There is an intensive political dialogue between the countries. Active interstate interaction at the highest level harmoniously complements the developing inter-parliamentary ties. The parliamentarians of the two countries contribute in every possible way to deepening relations in trade and economic, cultural, scientific, educational and other fields. The project was prepared in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Azerbaijan. |
