On September 13, 2018 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the stamp “31st Planetary Congress of the Association of Space Explorers”.
 
Design: Yelena Medved.Print process: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforations:comb 13.Stamps size: 29,6x52 mm.Sheets composition: 6 (3x2) stamps. Sheets size: 111x128 mm. Print quantity: 48.000 stamps each.

Face value H is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.

Elements of protection
 

The Association of Space Explorers is an international organization established in 1985 to share experience in the field of manned space flights.
 
The International Congress of the Association of Space Explorers (ASE) annually gathers astronauts, as well as representatives of scientific research institutions and national space agencies.
 
The 31st Congress will be held in Minsk from 9 to 15 September. The program of the Congress includes a plenary session, meetings of technical sections and an exhibition of space technologies. Participants of the international congress will address representatives of various organizations and higher educational institutions of Belarus, as well as acquaint themselves with cultural and historical heritage of the country.
 
The stamp is based on the logo of the 31st Planetary Congress of the Association of Space Explorers.

The project was prepared in cooperation with the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
