On February 14, 2018 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the stamp “100 years of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus”.
 
Design: Tatyana Kuznetsova. Print process: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforations: comb 12. Stamp size: 28x30 mm. Sheet composition: 8 stamps & 1 coupon. Sheet size: 105x112 mm. The technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of dead golden colour is used on the coupon and stamp margins. Print quantity: 40.000 stamps.
 
Printer: Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T.  Nepogodin”.
 
Face value H is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.

The formation day of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus is considered to be March 8, 1918 when a convoy of 23 volunteers was created in Vitebsk.
 
The modern Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus are a well-coordinated, highly mobile military organization that guarantees stability in society and protects the life and health of citizens.
 
 
Occupying one of the key places in the system of ensuring national security, the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus prove with their everyday concrete deeds their loyalty to the people.
 
The stamp and special postmark are based on the emblem of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. On the First Day Cover there is a commemorative sign dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
 
The project was prepared in cooperation with the Central Department of the Internal Troops Commander of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
