Joint issue of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan. 25th anniversary of Establishing Diplomatic Relations

On September 16, 2017 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issuethe postage stamp “25thanniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between  the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
 
Design: Tatyana Kuznetsova.Printing: offset.Colour: full colour.Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed.Perforation: comb 12.Size of the stamp: 40x28 mm.Sheet composition: 6 (3x2) stamps & 1 coupon.Size of the sheet: 132x100 mm.While printing the stamp and coupon they used the technology of thermal stamping by metalized foilof golden colour.Print quantity: 48.000 stamps.
 
The stamps were printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T.  Nepogodin”.
 
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan were established on September 16, 1992.
 
The contractual and legal framework of the Kazakh-Belarusian cooperation contains more than 70 treaties and agreements in various fields: production, scientific and technical cooperation, health, civil defense, prevention and liquidation of emergencies, higher and postgraduate education, tourism, archives, as well as in the field of agricultural machinery, joint production of medicines, baby food and dairy products.
 
The core of bilateral relations is the dynamically developing trade, economic and investment cooperation.
 
The project was prepared in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
 
Face value H is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.
