On May 3, 2017 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue 2 stamps of the series “The Central Botanical Garden of NAS of Belarus. Flowers”.
 
A series continuation. Beginning Nos. 1028-1031, 1068-1071 and 1104-1107. Design: Yelena Medved. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 12. Size of the stamps: 28x40 mm. Sheets composition: 8 (4х2) stamps. Size of the sheets: 137x102 mm. Print quantity: 42.000 stamps each.
 
The stamps were printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T.  Nepogodin”.
 
Face value N is equal to the surface tariff of a postcard abroad.
Face value H is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.

A sheetlet is also issued. Sheetlet composition: 4 (2 sets) stamps. Size of the sheetlet: 101x101 mm. Print quantity: 15.000 sheetlets.
The stamp project was prepared in cooperation with the Central Botanical Garden of NAS of Belarus.
 
There is the emblem of the Central Botanical Garden of NAS of Belarus on the stamps.
Colour of the postmark — black.
 
Special postmark and FDC designed by Ye.Medved
A special cancellation on FDC will be carried out at the post office No.1 of Minsk (shop “Philately”,16 Moskovskaya street) on the stamp issuing day.
