Size of the sheet: 106x106 mm. Print quantity: 42.000 stamps. The stamp was printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”. Face value “P” is equal to the air-mail tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) is a regional intergovernmental organization established on December 8, 1991 by the leaders of the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation and Ukraine who signed the Agreement on its creation. The CIS fosters and strengthens friendship, good neighborliness, interethnic consent, trust, mutual understanding and mutually beneficial cooperation between the states. The design of the stamp, FDC and special cancellation includes the emblem of the CIS.
