On June 22, 2016 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue 3 postage stamps of the series “Beginning of the Great Patriotic War. Defense of Brest Fortress” and a stamp “Heroic defense of Brest Fortress” of the series “Joint issue of Belarus and Russia. Way to Victory”. Artist: Tatyana Dolskaya.Design: Tatyana Kuznetsova.Printing: offset.Colour: multicoloured.Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed.Perforation: comb 12.Sizeof the stamps: 28x40 mm.Sheet composition:1 horizontal strip of 3 stamps.Sizeof the sheet: 146x54 mm. While printing the stamps they used the technology of relief stamping and thermal stamping by metalized foil of golden colour.Print quantity:50.000 stamps each. The stamps were printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”. |

Face value H is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. |
