On February 2, 2016 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the stamp “25th anniversary of the RCC”.
Designer: Tatyana Kuznetsova. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 123/4: 131/2. Size of the stamp: 26x37 mm. Sheet composition: 9 (3x3) stamps. Size of the sheet: 95x131 mm. While printing the stamp they used the technology of thermal stamping by metalized foil of blue colour. Print quantity: 45.000 stamps.
The stamp was printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin.
Letter "H" is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad.
In December 2016 the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications (RCC) celebrates its 25th anniversary. The RCC was created on December 17, 1991 by the Communications Administrations Heads of the CIS member states. Its aim is to conduct cooperation of the states in the field of electrical and postal communications.
