| On November 20, 2014 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the stamp “Winter sports. Biathlon” with the emblem of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications (RCC). The series continuation. Beginning Nos. 889, 920-921, 980. Design: Anna Malash. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 14: 141/4. Size of the stamp: 40x28 mm. Sheet composition: 8 (2x4) stamps. Size of the sheet: 115x135 mm. Print quantity: 56.000 stamps. The stamp was printed at the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Bobruisk Integrated Printing House named after A. T. Nepogodin”. No. 1040  Winter sports. Biathlon М  Elements of protection  Letter “M” is equal to the air-mail tariff of a postcard abroad. In 2011 Communications Administrations — members of RCC signed the Agreement on issuing postage stamps of RCC subjects. These stamp issues are notable for using the emblem of RCC in their design. The first issue of RCC subjects was the stamp “20th anniversary of RCC” (2011), the second — 2 stamps of the series “Belarusian national clothes” (2012), the third was the stamp “History of national communications” (2013). The stamp “Winter sports. Biathlon” is the series continuation of stamps issue on RCC subjects. |
