| On November 11, 2011 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue the stamps “Happy New Year!” and “Merry Christmas!”. Designer: Anna Romanovskaya. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 141/4: 14. Size of the stamps: 28x30 mm. Sheet composition: 9 (3x3) stamps. Size of the sheets: 106x112 mm. While printing the stamps they used relief stamping and thermal stamping by metalized foil (stamp No.895 — golden foil, stamp No. 896 — silver foil). Print quantity: 90.000 stamps each. Letter “H” is equal to the surface tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. Letter “P” is equal to the air-mail tariff of a letter up to 20 gram abroad. |
