| On January 25, 2010 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue a souvenir sheet “XXI Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver”. Designer: Maria Plakhotnyuk & Ivan Lukin. Printing: offset. Colour: multicoloured. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 131/2: 133/4. There is 1 stamp and 5 coupons in the souvenir sheet. Size of the stamp: 37x26 mm. Size of the souvenir sheet: 132x71 mm. Print quantity: 20.000 souvenir sheets. There are elements of protection on the stamp. Historical reference: The 2010 Winter Olympics will be held on February 12-28, 2010 in Vancouver, Canada. Belarus sportsmen will participate in the following events: ice hockey, biathlon, freestyle skiing, cross country skiing, Alpine skiing, Nordic combined, speed skating. |
