| On August 28, 2008 the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus will issue16 stamps State Awards of the Republic of Belarus in 2 sheetlets: "Orders and Medals", prepared by the Publishing Centre "Marka" of the EUR "Belpochta". Designers: Ivan Lukin & Aleh Haiko. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced, gummed. Perforation: comb 13½. Size of the stamps: 29,6x52 mm. Face value of the stamps: 1000 BYR each. Sheet composition: 8 stamps + 2 coupons (5x2). Size of the sheet: 164x124 mm. Print quantity: 35.000 sheets each. There are elements of protection on the stamps. |
