Designer: Victor Starukhin. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk-surfaced. Perforation: comb 13: 14¼. Size of the stamps: 40x28 mm. Sheet composition: 9 (3x3) stamps. Size of the sheet: 152x116 mm. Print quantity: 72.000 stamps. There are elements of protection on the stamps. |
