Designer: Svetlana Lumyanska. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk surfaced. Perforation: 14¼: 13. Size of the stamps: 28x40 mm. The stamps were issued in sheetlets. Sheetlet composition: 8 (4x2) stamps. Size of the sheetlet: 136x97 mm. Print quantity: 36.000 stamps. There are elements of protection on the stamp. |

| Historical reference. Vincent Dunin-Marcinkevich (04.02.1808, Panyushkevichy estate of Bobruisk region — 29.12.1884), poet, playwright, theater figure; forefather of new Belarusian literature, professor of dramatic art and theatre, enlightener. He was involved in the liberation uprising of 1863-64. The socially sharp farce-vaudevilles "The Gentry of Pinsk" (1866) and "The Matchmarking" (1870) were the top of his creative work. | |
