Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk surfaced. Perforation: comb 13¼: 14. Size of the stamps: 18x26 mm. Sheet composition: 21 (7x3) stamps. Print quantity: 252.000 each. There are elements of protection on the stamps. |

| Happy New Year On December 22, 2006 Belarus Post will issue 2 stamps “Happy New Year”. Designer: Ivan Lukin. Printing: offset. Colour: 2 colour. Paper: chalk surfaced. Perforation: comb 13¾: 13½. Size: 26x37 mm. The stamps are printed in sheetlets of 6 (3 series) stamps. Size of the sheet: 110x101 mm. Print quantity: 36.000 each. There are elements of protection on the stamps. |
