Designer: Petr Zhilichkin (Moscow). Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk surfaced. Perforation: frame. Size of the stamps: 40x28 mm. Size of the souvenir sheet: 132x68 mm. Print quantity: 30.000. There are elements of protection on the stamps. |

| The joint stamp issue of Belarus and Russia is dedicated to the fauna of the transboundary territory of the Sozh river basin and its inflows of the Iputs and Besed rivers. This territory has an international biological diversity preservation meaning of flora and fauna. |
 Special cancellation: a special cancellation on FDC will be carried out at the Main Post Office of Minsk on the souvenir sheet issuing day. |
