Designers: Vladimir Terentiev & Yury Toreyev. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour. Paper: chalk surfaced. Perforation: frame: No. 570 — 13½: 13¼, No. 571 — 13¼: 13½. Size of the stamps: No. 570 — 30x40 mm, No. 571 — 40x30 mm. Size of the souvenir sheet: 115x75 mm. Print quantity: 25.000.

Yudal Pan (05.06.1854 — 28.02.1937) is a Belarussian painter and teacher. Since 1801 he lived in Vitebsk. In 1897 he founded Vitebsk Art School named after Yu. Pan. In 1918-1923 he led a studio at Vitebsk Art School.
