| On May 4, 2004 Belarus Post will issue a souvenir sheet dedicated to the 60th liberation anniversary of Belarus from German fascist invaders. Designer: Ivan Lukin. Printing: offset. Colour: full colour (5 colours). Paper: chalk surfaced. Perforation: frame. Frame size: No. 563 — 13¼: 13½, No. 564 — 13½. Size of the stamps: No. 563 — 30x40 mm, No. 564 — 52x29,6 mm. Size of the souvenir sheet: 120x80 mm. Print quantity: 25.000. There are elements of protection on the stamps. |
| Souvenir sheet No. 39  On the sheet borders there are sequences of War news-reels against a background of the map of the "Bagration" liberation operation. There is also an inscription in Belarusian: "The 60th Liberation Anniversary of Belarus from German fascist invaders". |
