Secogramme

Letters that are written by a secography method and submitted open, editions with boston line as well as printing blocks with secography signs and special paper intended solely for the blind may be forwarded as secogrammes if sent by the official institution for the blind or addressed to such an institution.

Sound recordings for the blind can be accepted as secogrammes.

A white label with the corresponding type character shall be affixed to secogrammes on the side of receiver’s address or a distinct mark “Secogrammes” (“Cécogrammes”) shall be made.

Size limits:

  • minimum size: 114 x 162 mm and 110 x 220 mm;
  • maximum size: the sum of the length, width and thickness is 900 mm, the greatest

dimension is 600 mm.
